Raju Maniar has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 15 years. He is a Chartered Accountant from India and has been providing accounting and tax services to small and medium size business. He was with S R Batliboi a member of Arthur Young as an Auditor and has assisted in conducting audits including internal audits.
Raju has been involved in Financial Viability studies for various Banks. Raju has been an active in Indian community for past 20 years.
Jack C. Miller, CPA

Jack C. Miller has been a Certified Public Accountant for
over 30 years. He has been providing tax and accounting services for
businesses as well as litigation support for attorneys. He is also a
Certified Family Mediator.
Jack holds both the
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and Master of Arts in
Accounting Degrees with a minor in Management from the University of
Florida.
Jack has been very active in the community, having
founded a religious institution, as well as serving as an officer and
director for many years. He is also very active in the Chamber of
Commerce of Coral Springs, serving as an Ambassador. Jack formed and
chaired a local Thanksgiving drive which raised over $11,000 for people
living below the poverty level.
Recently, Jack was awarded the
"Veteran Business
Leader of the Year" award by the Chamber of Commerce of Coral Springs,
and nominated for the coveted "Covered Bridge Award" in Coral Springs,
which is the highest award for Civic Leadership given within the city.
Jack has been a guest on several radio shows, speaking
about tax and financial matters.

Wechsler, CPA

Carol Wechsler
joined the firm in 2003 and became a partner in
Miller and Wechsler in 2005. Carol has over
twelve years of experience, concentrating in tax
and accounting services. She enjoys working with
individuals and small businesses to help them
achieve economic success.
Carol received
her Bachelor of Science and Master in Business
Administration from Florida International
University.
Carol is also
very active in the community. She is a member of
National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO),
where she serves on the membership committee. She
is also a member of Women in Financial
Services (WIFS) and the National Council of Jewish
Women (NCJW). Professionally, she is a member of
the Florida Institute of Certified Public
Accountants.
