Meet Our Team

Raju Maniar is the Managing Partner of the firm. He graduated from the University of Bombay with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting. Starting his own practice in 1992, he formed what is now Maniar and Associates, LLC.

Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Maniar spent several years with a well know regional accounting firm. His experience includes high net worth individuals and business clients in small and medium size business.

He is a member of Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida.

He is also a Chartered Accountant form India and worked with large accounting firm (member of Arthur Young) in India. His experience includes Project planning and Viability studies. This has given him a deep sense of accounting and how it relates to clients business.

He is actively involved with local community and also involved with Indians in south Florida.


Nidhi Pandya  Nidhi joined Maniar & Associates in 2004. She is a certified chartered accountant from India and is preparing for her CPA exam.

Nidhi is a member of our tax department and manages our offshore team. She manages the accounting activity for our entire Quiznos franchises.

Rajesh Vaidya  Rajesh has over 25 years of Public Accounting. He has earned a masters Degree in Accounting and is a chartered accountant from India.

Rajesh is an enrolled agent with the Internal Revenue Service and is a member of the AICPA (International Associate).

Dayra Garcia  Dayra joined Maniar & Associates in January 2006. Dayra earned her bachelors degree in accounting from Free University in Columbia.

Clinton Bearse  Clinton is our tax manager and has over 30 years experience in complex tax matters. He specializes in Real Estate, Chapter 11 Bankruptcies, Estates and Trusts, Non- Profit Organizations. Clinton is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public   Accountants.




Marc Harris  Marc joined Maniar & Associates in July 2007 and has over 20 years experience in public and private accounting. He earned his Masters in Accounting degree from Nova Southeastern University. He is currently preparing for the Internal Revenue Service enrolled agent exam. Marc has been active with youthbaseball, basketball leagues in the City of Sunrise.
